Mrak Room Reservation Request System

Use this page to submit reservation requests for the following Mrak Hall conference rooms: 61, 63, 203, 204, and 551. For short-notice reservations (e.g., today or tomorrow), you may call 752-2065. Such requests will be handled as time permits. You can find detailed information regarding Mrak Hall conference rooms at http://mrakreservations.ucdavis.edu/. Please remember to press the SUBMIT button located at the bottom of the page when finished. Please do not use ACRONYMS in the meeting name or department fields.

Administrative Use: Conference rooms are available to discuss administrative matters pertinent to the University during standard business hours. The rooms are not intended for instructional-related activities, seminars, oral examinations or for use by student clubs/organizations. The Offices of the Chancellor & Provost have priority for use of the rooms and other reservations may be subject to cancellation.

Constituent Group Use: Meetings for organizations whose members provide opportunities for staff and faculty to explore and share the many contributions they bring to the University. These volunteers work to bring about a broad-based awareness, promote a shared environment of sensitivity and understanding, and encourage excellence and advancement at all levels within the UC Davis campus community. Labor unions are considered to fall into this category.
